The following pictures demonstrate the different steps, how matching of checks is done in a classic suits manufacturing situation.
Preparation
- The NEEDLE-BARS are adjusted according to the marker.
- The pin height is set by turning the hand-wheel.
- Only the needed pins stay up — the rest is locked down.
Spreading and Matching
- The fabric is spread onto the pin table without tension.
- The pins hold the fabric in the correct matching position.
- Multiple plies can be spread and matched in one operation.
Cutting
- After spreading and matching, the lay package is ready for immediate net cutting.
- No block cutting, no relaying needed.
- Compatible with automatic CNC cutters.
